We've completely rewritten the help file to fully explain all the neat features, such as being able to export selected fields from each client and having the ability to rearrange the order of the fields before exporting. Never worry about losing your client list due to a hard drive crash -- just use the backup reminder feature to jog your memory to back up all your clients with a couple of mouse clicks.
Bulk Email Selected Clients
Ever need to send the same message to more than one client? SA3's new bulk email feature makes it a snap! Just highlight two or more clients on the main screen and click the email button on the toolbar. A blank email form will appear addressed to yourself, with each client receiving a blind carbon copy. None of the clients can see the other recipient's address. Send bulk email to two, five, ten clients, or your entire list!

The SA3 main screen lists all the clients you have on file and may be sorted by client name, contact, or any of the other columns displayed. A new toolbar makes selecting common tasks even easier. Double-clicking a client displays the detail screen (shown below) for quick access to the information and notes about that client.

Sales Assistant can optionally alert you to all the follow-up actions scheduled for the day. Follow-ups that are not "cleared" can be rolled forward to the following day.
