Keeping your sales contacts organized can be a challenge. That's why we developed the original Sales Assistant software and are now offering the enhanced Sales Assistant 2 contact manager.
Sales Assistant Contact Detail Screen
The SA2 main screen lists all the contacts you have on file and may be sorted by client, contact, or any of several other options. Double-clicking a contact displays the detail screen (shown above) for quick access to the information and history of that client.
In addition to the standard items, SA2 supports the following information:
t Contact's cell phone number
t Gatekeeper's name
t Contact's e-mail (allows e-mailing from within SA2 provided you have Internet access)
t Follow-up reminder
t Memo field
SA2 has an option to alert you to all the follow-up actions scheduled for the day. These alerts only appear the first time the program is executed each day. Follow-ups that are not "cleared", can be rolled over to the following day. It's just like having a full-fledged assistant reminding you of your calls and appointments...only this assistant works for nothing.
