SCOOTER 3 is sales software that makes creating ad schedules faster and easier than ever. In a matter of five minutes or less, you can design the most complex schedules and print them (or email them) in a format that advertisers find easy to understand.
Have It Your Way
Some customers prefer standard dayparts, others like to narrow the air time of their ads. With SCOOTER 3, there's never a problem. You create the "standard" dayparts you want using the descriptions you like. Then, use the "standard" time blocks, or create custom ones with each schedule.
Fill in the proposed schedule -- much like your station's traffic software -- supplying the number of ads and rates for each daypart. SCOOTER 3 immediately totals the schedule by line, by week, and by schedule duration, even showing your average unit rate.
With just a few mouse clicks, copy one week's schedule to selected other weeks. Edit each week individually as needed. "Flight" the weeks in the schedule as you desire -- with SCOOTER 3 YOU are in complete control.
Print or Email Schedules -- Your Choice
SCOOTER 3 prints your schedules in color (on color printers), but doesn't stop there. If you've included your client's email address, just click SCOOTER's EMail button and send the schedule as a PDF attachment... even if you don't have the PDF creation software on your computer! SCOOTER creates the PDF, opens your email client, and attaches the schedule. All you have to add is your email text message to the client. (You can optionally view the schedule PDF before you click the email "Send" button.)

What is the difference between SCOOTER and SCOOTER Pro?
SCOOTER Pro offers additional features, such as the ability to back up and restore your schedules to guard against data loss, the ability to resize the screen, change column order on the main screen, add a disclaimer to the bottom of schedules, and more.
For your first 30 days of use, you'll have free use of all the features of SCOOTER Pro. After 30 days, the program will revert to the SCOOTER Basic feature set. Register the program for $24.95 to keep SCOOTER Pro.
So is SCOOTER Basic just a crippled version of the program?
Definitely NOT! SCOOTER Basic is fully functional and is being used by broadcasters across the world to make more sales. Create schedules and print or email them with virtually no limitations. For most people, SCOOTER Basic is more than adequate. SCOOTER Pro just adds even more features that make the program even easier to use.
What's new in SCOOTER 3.1?
This version of the program features a new, faster database engine that eliminates problems we experienced in previous versions of SCOOTER. For users who are upgrading from an earlier version, SCOOTER 3.1 automatically imports any existing schedules, converting them to the new database format. We've included this feature even for the free version of SCOOTER, as we believe the new database engine provides a major enhancement to the software.
