Scooter 3 – Sneak Peek
Here's a brief look at just some of the features of the all-new Scooter 3:
This is a cropped closeup of the Scooter 3 main screen with the new toolbar. The toolbar allows you to quickly create a new schedule, edit an existing schedule, and preview, print, or email the schedule to a client, each with a single button-click. Other toolbar buttons purge outdated schedules and set the program configuration.
Schedules that have expired (past their quote date plus the number of "good for" days) appear highlighted in pink for easy identification.

This is Scooter 3's new Schedule Information screen (reduced in size to fit in the available space). Click it to see a full-size version (and get more information).
Scooter 3's Preferences screen supports up to eight stations and adds one of the most requested features: station logos! Each station can have a logo associated with it and Scooter 3 automatically scales the logo to fit wherever it is needed. Logos can optionally be included on the first page of the schedule printout.
Other tabs on this screen allow you to set the default dayparts and unit classes, how you would like the schedules to appear and printing options, and various program options, including automatically checking for program updates. However, all of the schedule defaults can be adjusted as needed within each individual schedule, giving you maximum flexibility to craft each schedule to suit the situation.
